Team Sound Off returned to the Las Vegas Motor Speedway in 2024 ready to make the EDC Las Vegas livestream experience better than ever! In addition to the three dedicated stage channels from 2023 (kineticFIELD, circuitGROUNDS & bassPOD), we had the opportunity to add a dedicated channel for neonGARDEN, a fan-favorite stage that had never been streamed before.
Utilizing technocranes and jibs in new locations for 2024, bringing back the nearly 600’ cablecam run at circuitGROUNDS and fine-tuning our drone and nose-mount helicopter camera coverage ensured we never missed a moment of the action. We added new cameras to the previous year’s footprint at each stage as well, giving viewers the VIP experience of stepping onto the stage itself and behind the DJ booth during their favorite acts. Another exciting addition for 2024 was a new 600’ cablecam run above the massive crowd at EDC’s legendary kineticFIELD, which gave at home ravers a jaw-dropping view of the nearly 500’ wide, 109’ tall stage structure.
We worked with YouTube in advance of the event to test and implement a new streaming protocol and pushed a higher data rate than ever before to ensure all the magic we were capturing made its way to viewers across the globe in the highest quality possible.

We turned EDC Las Vegas into an online rave on Youtube in 2023! We gave fans 24/7 access to every beat and bass drop with three dedicated stage channels (kineticFIELD, circuitGROUNDS & bassPOD), plus a curated channel highlighting the best acts across the three stages each day.
Virtual attendees experienced the action from unique perspectives, like hovering high above the site in a helicopter, flying across the circuitGROUNDS crowd on a cablecam or circling the DJ booth with an FPV drone. Incorporating specialty cameras into the broadcasts allowed us to effectively capture the explosive energy that EDC festivals are known for, giving at home viewers a truly unforgettable experience.
